• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s what to do:
• You have 7 days from delivery to request a return
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• To start a return, email us at support@shakespace.co.za with your order number
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll sort it out immediately.
